Most of us live in a constant state of hurry. From the moment our alarm wakes us up in the morning until we finally crash back into bed at night, we spend most of our waking hours rushing through our errands, tasks, meals, and responsibilities. But while our frenetic pace is normalized and even celebrated in our culture, it’s destructive to our bodies, our minds, and our souls. So in today’s sermon, we’ll consider what God has to say about the speed of our lives, and we’ll learn some practical ways to slow ourselves down. Join us as we begin a new series inspired by the book, The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry.
